  • Billing: fixed monthly price for a set number of hours
  • Example tiers: 5h / 10h / 20h per month

  • Also includes: user onboarding/offboarding (within hours), monthly check‑in + simple report, basic documentation updates
  • Overages: billed at hourly rate or additional hour blocks

Emergency Support - Rapid Response
