These terms describe how HomeEase provides services and what you can expect. By requesting services, you agree to these terms.

HomeEase provides consultation, configuration, installation support (remote and/or on-site as agreed), and documentation for smart home and automation setups.
Integrations depend on device/platform compatibility and availability of third-party services (apps, APIs, cloud features).
Pricing is provided in a quote or agreed in writing. If hourly work applies, it will be stated in the quote.
Any travel costs, parking, or on-site expenses (if applicable) are agreed in advance.
Hardware is normally supplied by the customer. If HomeEase purchases hardware on your behalf, the cost is invoiced to you.
You may need accounts for certain platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, device vendor apps). You are responsible for maintaining your account access.
You agree to provide accurate information about your home, devices, network, and goals, and ensure safe access to install locations (if on-site).
If required, you will confirm permissions for any building rules, landlords, or property managers before installations.
Smart home systems rely on third-party firmware, apps, and cloud services. These can change, causing automations to behave differently.
If changes outside HomeEase control require rework, that work is handled as a new task under the agreed pricing model.
HomeEase will perform work professionally and aim for stable, documented setups. However, HomeEase is not liable for outages or failures caused by third-party platforms, device defects, or internet/power issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeEase’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that caused the issue.
We only handle information required to respond and deliver services. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
